I have a proposal for the Senate of Hodiny: it would better represent the non-territorial citizens, and possibly get the Senate to do stuff. I think for every 3 non-territorial citizens, one of them should be able to be on the Senate. Of course, the Senate will be elected at the same time as each PM election. So, CITIZENS of Hodiny, please vote! All citizens please vote.

I think what the Senate will do (because currently it doesn't do much of anything, it's just there) is ratify new laws like the Court. The Senate will vote on a bill, and if it passes, it goes to the Court, they vote on it. If it passes, it becomes a law.

There are 12 non-territorial citizens, making the number of Senators for the non-territorial citizens 3 (I meant to make the number 1 Senator for every 4 non-territorial citizens, I mistyped and said 3, oops). So, if you would like to run for Senator, please tell me. Tell me by 12:00 PM June 4.

Running as Senator, we currently have:
Nicholas Kaos, MPP
Xavier H., MPP
We need one more candidate. Applications are due at noon tomorrow CST. If there are no other applications by then, we will automatically elect these two candidates and if anyone applies anytime after that they will automatically become a Senator, but that opportunity is only open for the first person. If there are two applications before the deadline tomorrow, there will be an actual election.

If you don't get reelected in what? As PM. Ah. Well, that's a long way off. October 31 is when the primary election is, and if you don't get reelected (you can serve two consecutive terms), then your term ends on November 3. |
