I have decided to officially established the Hodinian War Council. I think that the following terms should be agreed on:
▪The War Council is only for Hodiny. Other nations can make their own war councils, but our War Council cannot be another country's council.
▪There must be an odd number of Council members (Counselors?) at all times.
▪Whenever a new person is inducted, they must be accompanied by another inductee before induction, to keep the number of Counselors odd.
▪To induct two new members the War Council must vote on them. There must be a 51% or more majority to officially induct two new members. If one passes but the other doesn't, then the one that doesn't cannot try for x weeks, and a new person must be found and passed before the original person can be inducted as well. The maximum amount of people allowed on the Council at any given time is 9, and the minimum is 3.
We will start off with 5 Counselors, appointed by me. The War Council will be:
Nicholas Kaos
John V
Xavier H.
Dallin Langford
Dylan Emborough
If any of the people I chose doesn't want to be on the Council, please tell me. If anyone has any issues with the terms I laid out, please post it on here.
