The Micronational Mentorship Program, which will allow newer micronationalists or new community members to gain knowledge and experience from older community members. This way a sense of unity will develop, and newer micronationalists will be able to not nearly mess up as badly as you see on the forums and elsewhere, and be more productive in the community.
The idea is, mentors (older community members) will be assigned to a student, the mentor will than share experience that he or her has, and give the student "tips and tricks, etc." that the student can apply to his or herself. After the mentorship program has been completed, there is an optional internship program, which the student will be given a temporary position, in the mentor's/or "signed up" nations' government.
So go ahead and join!
